Website Use

You may use this website to view catering services, build an indicative menu selection and request an offer for an event. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit false or harmful information.

Menu, Prices and Availability

Menu items, photos, weights, prices and availability are indicative. Final pricing, portions, staffing, delivery, rentals and special requirements are confirmed individually before booking. Prices are shown in MDL unless stated otherwise.

Offers and Bookings

Submitting a form or generated menu selection does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after Hugo Forks & Corks accepts the order and any required payment, deposit or written confirmation is completed.

Allergies and Special Requirements

Please tell us about allergies, dietary restrictions and venue conditions before confirmation. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requirements, but cross-contact with allergens can occur in catering environments.

Intellectual Property

The website design, text, menu structure, brand elements and images are provided for Hugo Forks & Corks and may not be copied or reused without permission, except where third-party assets are governed by their own licenses.

Limitation

The website is provided as an informational and offer-request tool. To the extent allowed by law, Hugo Forks & Corks is not responsible for indirect losses arising from website use, temporary unavailability or outdated information.
